Operating since at least 1941, the Rex Theater was housed in a small tan brick building with ornate bas relief artwork on the front and across the top of the building. As of May 2009 it remained standing and was being used as a thrift store.

Another Texas Theatre that was operated by Rowley United Theatres. The Rex closed in the early-1950’s.
