Ray Whitman bought the Arc Theater in February 1941 from Mrs. J.M. Gardner. At that time the Arc Theater had been closed for about three years. The theater, then located on the south side of the Courthouse Square, had been operated by Mrs. Gardner and her late husband since 1915.
By 1950, the Arc Theater had closed.

I found an address of 116 W. Main St. at So. Washington St.
And I found a 1923 ad for the Arc Theater which is on this site. Must be our lucky day. :)
