The small 300 seat Arcade Theater in Middleville opened in the early-1930’s, and was still open in 1950.

The Water Winter Wonderland website claims that the Arcade Theater was also known as the Lakeland Theater. It was located in the 100 block of East Main Street and burned down in the 1980s. Replaced by a parking lot.

I wonder if the Matchbox Enquirer or the Arsonist Gazette reported the story. LOL

This should probably be listed as the Lakeland Theater since that was the last name that it operated under.
