The Strand Theater was built around 1914. The Strand Theater operated at least into the mid-1950’s.

Here is a 1939 ad for “The Wizard of Oz” at the Strand Theater.

Love the admission 10-25 cents. I’ve seen some 15cents and more alot earlier, pre depression. Definitely a bargain.

A newspaper articvle about the new stage at the Stand Theatre from June 1924. It also mentions the Organ, new and old.

The Strand Theater was built by John J. Gillette, in 1914. In 1953 it was leased to Chester L. Price along with the Ritz and Motor-Vu Drive-In.
