Found this theater while on a bike trip two weeks ago. It’s just to the right of the Warren Theatre and the facade (of which will be posted to Cinema Tour shortly) looks like an old vaudeville concert saloon mixed with a little Old West. The eave above "Park Theater" says 1921.
I was pretty tired so I forgot to get the number, but it’s on Warren Street.

And on Google Maps, it’s easy to see it. Park Place is across the street as is the park.
