In 2006 CBL & Faison partnered to open Settlers Ridge & included a Cinemark 16-screen theater in
Robinson Township, near Pittsburg, PA on Penn-Lincoln Parkway (I-376 West).

The cinema opened on October 9, 2009 and has a 280-seat XD Extreme Digital auditorium which is also equipped with 3D technology. There is also a new concession style.

The Cinemark Robinson Township was designed by the Dallas architectural firm Partners in Architecture, which has designed several projects for Cinemark and for other chains.
