The Webb Theatre was operating prior to 1943, and was still open in 1950. By January 1958 it had been re-named Cine Webb and was still open in August 1974 under SBC Management Corp.

I believe it’s demolished, the property is now a bunch of strip malls.

Demolished in 1983.

As the contributor of the photograph I would like it noted that the photo is the copyrighted work of Robert Haiko. This was previously unknown and I would like to give him the credit he deserves for taking this excellent picture of a Cinema Treasure that previously was only a memory.
