As Chris mentioned on 05/23/12 this is a duplicate listing for the Roxy Theatre, Roxy was the last name that this theatre went by.
This may be a duplicate listing for the theater listed here on CT as the Roxy (http://cinematreasures.org/theaters/3355). This source says that Roxy, the Avalon, the Allenby, were all names that were on the same theater at one time or another.
Wow! It closed that early on!
This theatre apparently opened in 1937 and closed in 1955. The seat count cited above may be too low; one source I found says it was 944.
