A ten-screen multiplex theatre in Vancouver, Washington within close proximity to Vancouver Mall. Opened 1992.

It was originally a first-run theatre managed by Act III before the company was purchased by Regal Entertainment Group in 1998. As of Spring 2008, the theatre shows only second-run films for three dollars per ticket.
