Aiken Drive-In

Aiken, SC 29801

Unfavorite No one has favorited this theater yet

This drive-in was owned by Riley Theatres and parked only 100 cars, about the same as the Waynesboro Drive-In in Georgia – real small. It was the first drive-in in Aiken and was located in Couchton, just north of town.

It was so cheap they didn’t have car speakers. There were two giant horn speakers mounted on the top of the screen. I believe it was owned by Bert Ram who also owned the two downtown theatres in Aiken.

Mike, I don’t have anything on a Fox Drive-In in Aiken, I have info on the Fox Drive-In in Seneca but it is not listed on CT. I couldn’t find a Fox Drive-In in Aiken at all.
