The State Theatre opened in 1940 with seating listed at 420. This theatre was an independent and was booked by Independent Theatre Exhibition Services.
The State Theatre closed in 1953 and is now a BBQ Supply Warehouse. Any further information on the State Theatre would be appreciated.

The city is currently listed as “Grand Rpaids”. It should be Grand Rapids.
