One of the few small town theatres that are still in operation in ND. The Bowman Theatre opened in 1946 with seating listed at 302. It was operated by Erickson Theatres at one time. It is located on S. Main Street at 1st SW just a couple blocks from the former Palace Theatre.

It was taken over and operated by the Steiner family in 1969-70. It is still operated by their extended family members today.
