In 1913 it could seat 430, with a stage that could accomodate a company of 15 to 20, with a box either side and plaster of paris decorations. In the basement there was a heating plant under the stage and it was being managed at that time by Messrs. Ballenger and Ballenger.

The building in the street view matched the thumbnail you posted. So. it should be N. Lincolnh.

It probably is; I was not able to find out much more than what is in the above article from any other online source.

Chris, should the address be N. Lincoln? When you map it, it gives you the choice of various addresses. If you put N. Lincioln there is a building that looks like it make have been a theatre at one time. It lists the address as Wagner’s Decorating and Hobby Shop/
