The Bel Vue Drive-In opened in the early-1950’s. Car capacity was given at 400. This drive-in was part of the Rowley United Theatres when it opened and later operated by United Artists until its closing.

The drive-in closed in the mid-1970’s and was later demolished. There is now a tractor and heavy equipment company where the theatre once stood. Any further information on the Bel Vue Drive-In would be appreciated.

I didn’t realize UNITED ARTISTS was a theatre chain in the in the mid 70’s as the above contribution by Chuck is given. I thought they were a newer chain. You learn something everyday.
