The Boller Brothers architectural records list Robert O. Boller as the architect of the State Theater which was owned by D.E. Burnett and H.L. Reed.

LM when you do google pictures the theatre comes up at 617 Broadway also.

A 1999 view of the State Theater in Larned. From the prior postings it looks like they did a very good job on the restoration work.

The State Theatre opened in 1947 and the architects were the Boller Brothers.
