Opened by 1950, the Columbus Drive-In was parking only 300 cars. One would think being named after the city it would be the largest, but that is not the case. The Columbus Drive-In was another Martin Theatre which ran four of the city’s five drive-ins.
Martin Theatres chain was located in Columbus, Georgia in 1956.
