I think United Artists, Regal Cinemas and Regency Cinemas owned Valley Plaza 6 from 1995-2006, BUT IT WAS AT 6355 BELLINGHAM AVENUE!

I hate to confuse things about the Valley Theater, but I found an address of 5161 Lankershime Bouevard, which is now the site of Universal Mastering Studios W. I don’t know if this is the same theater and one address is just wrong or not? It was AKA Guild and Pussycat. Architect was S. Charles Lee. Open from 1935-1975. Owned by Fox (District C) till 1960, National General Theaters, Adult Movies in the 1970’s??????

That’s all I can come up with from Manteno Illinois, I hope someone out west can find the correct address, more info and some photos

Google maps lists Raymond Hernadez Insurance Broker, and Trouble Service at the address in the header.

The Valley Theatre or later known as the Guild was located at 5161 Lankershim Blvd. was razed for the Hewlett-Packard Building. It was a move-over house for the nearby El Portal Theatre up the street. That Valley/Guild Theatre was at Magnolia Blvd. & Lankershim Blvd.. The other Valley Theatre’s address places it at Lankershim Blvd. & Vanowen Street.. The FDYB 1955 has no theatre address listed for 6749 Lankershim.
