A small early silent-movie theatre that was opened in about early-1914, and managed by a Mr. B. Boden. It was near the later Crown Theatre. In the 1940’s the space was a tavern and today all the properties along this stretch of 16th Street have been cleared for green space.

The Star Theatre in Racine, Wisconsin is listed in the 1928 Film Daily Yearbook with 350 seats.
