The Grand/Grant was an early storefront theater, located on the Franklin Street business strip. The building was built in 1900 and the theater was in operation by 1920. One old picture shows an outlet store operating out of the building in 1932; however, apparently the 1950 Film Daily Yearbook still has the theater listed.
