The Anderson Drive-In was open in 1950 with a 500 car capacity. By the mid-1950’s it was named the South Drive-In and operated by Alliance Theatres. By the mid-1970’s it was operated by Cinecom and the drive-in closed sometime in the 1980’s.
The drive-in site is now occupied by the Blue Grass Farms.

CORRECTION: Blue Grass Farms (what used to be the drive-in) is located @ 1915 West 53rd Street.
Blue Grass Farms starts at the 1801 W. 53rd St. and display ads for this drive-in give the address that is listed in the header.
