Operating prior to 1950 as a single screen theatre with seating listed at 800. The theatre was twinned in the late-1970’s and was four screens by 2000. It was initially operated by Miner Theatres in 1950 but by 1960 was part of the Marcus Theatres chain. It its last years it became a dinner & movie theatre.
The State Cinema 4 closed in 2009 leaving Menonomie with the Cine Magic Stadium 7 as the only movie theatre.
After being closed for more than a year, the State Cinema 4 was reopened in March 2010.

This was converted to a dinner theatre shortly after Cine Magic 7 opened and stayed in business about 3 years after that. One of the former employees and remodeling it a bit. I haven’t been to Menonomonie for a few months but had heard it was suppose to reopen in Oct but I don’t know if it did or not.

The name of this Wisconsin city is spelled incorrectly in the listing above. It should be Menomonie, not Menonomie.
