Cineplex Odeon opened the Clareview 10 in 1996. Seating was listed at 1,719. The smallest auditorium seat 126 and the larger auditoriums seats 219. By 2005 the theatre was under the Empire Banner. The Clareview 10 plays first run attractions.

According to the Empire Theatres website and other websites which show movie times for this theatre, the correct spelling should be “Clareview.”
Seating in all auditoriums is “sightline”, which is a compromise between stadium and standard seating. Sound is DTS (now Datasat), and I believe one or two screens were THX certified. All info predates acquisition by Empire.
