The Windsor Theatre is located in the southern Adelaide beach suburb of Brighton. It was owned by the Freemasons. An unusual feature was that the two auditoriums shared the same proscenium, which was located in the centre of the building.
The Windsor Theatre has been operating as a cinema since 1925.
