At the Prairie Edge Museum in Eagle Lake, there is an old advertisement on display for this theater. The calendar-based advertisement lists all features slated to show during the month of May 1958. "Old Yeller" was one of the films listed.

Any additional information about the theater is appreciated.

Cinema Tour lists an Avalon Theatre in Eagle Lake. Is that an a.k.a. for the Rice, or is it something else? Can anyone confirm?
