A small-town drive-in located in a far corner of Michigan’s Upper Peninsula. The Lakes Drive-In opened on July 5, 1957 and remained open until September 7, 1984. It was owned by Art & Gloria Hamel. Most of the lot is still vacant, but some pieces of the snack bar remain.
