Eastview Theatres

Opened by Jo-Mor in 1972 as a single auditorium with around 700 seats. Featured ‘love seats’ and rocking chair seats.

It was a free standing building just east of the current Macy’s anchor store.

The original auditorium was twinned making two lomg narrow theatres. Auditoriums were added until there were five screens total.

It closed in the early-1990’s and was eventually razed. Replaced by a Regal 13-plex.
