The Continental Cinemas opened on June 26, 1998. Three of the five auditoriums have digital projection and sound, The theatre features first run attractions. It is owned by Continental Cinemas which also owns the Continental Drive-in in Wicksburg, AL.

Hi! The theater actually added a 6th screen last summer that features stadium style seating unlike the other screens. The theater used to be called Continental Cinemas 5, but it dropped the 5 after adding the 6th screen. It also has DLP and 7.1 surround sound. There are plans to add 2 more screens but I won’t be able to see them because I moved! Hope that helps :–)
