Hoyts opened this theatre in Greece Ridge in 1998, replacing Hoyts Cine 8 down the street which shut down when this theatre opened. This was the first theatre in Rochester to have stadium seating. Currently, Regal Cinemas runs this theatre after they purchased Hoyts Cinemas in 2004. It is located behind the Mall at Greece Ridge.
