Located in Seattle’s University District, this theater was opened in 1989 by Seattle’s local Seven Gables Theaters chain. It was acquired by Landmark that same year when Landmark bought Seven Gables. In addition to its ten screens, it has a dessert/espresso bar on an upper level with a view of the projection facilities.
In May 2012, Robert Redford’s Sundance Cinemas took over the Metro 10 Cinemas and began a major renovation of the cinema.
