From the add it claims this was an African American Theatre, “The Peninsula’s Leading Colored Theatre”.

It was located at 2414 Warwick Ave and operated from 1929-1932 per local records.

Previously the Colonial Theater (a black theater) operated at this same address from 1919-1929.
