Opened in 1930 in the ground floor of a 7 level rental apartment building. This was one of the most beloved cinemas of the Barrio Norte district and a social meeting point for this area.

In July 1961, the cinema was closed and subdivided into several stores. Further renovations destroyed the stunning original atmosphere.
