The Flat Rock Cinema is owned and operated by Howard Molton. It is a dinner theatre showing 35mm movies. This cinema was the Skyland Arts Theatre in Hendersonville, but was moved just down the road.

The Skyland Arts Theatre was located in the Grand Ballroom of the Skyland Hotel in downtown Hendersonville and moved to the Flat Rock location. Word is now, that Mr.Molton wants to move back into the Grand Ballroom of the Skyland Hotel.

Great theater and they got a grant and they were able to install digital projection.
