The Scenic Theatre was opened in 1910. It was renamed Ritz Theatre prior to April 1938 when it was taken over by Warner Brothers Circuit Management. The Ritz Theatre was closed in 1955 and was demolished in December 1957.

The Scenic Theatre was launched at this address in 1910. It became the Ritz Theatre. Warners took on the Ritz on a 20-year lease on April 21, 1938 with “Snow White.” The theatre was demolished in December of 1957.
