Operated from about 1914 to 1952. In 1938 it was owned and operated by George and Samuel Felt. A neighborhood double-feature house that sometimes showed Italian films.

Judging from the Google Street View, the building was still standing at time when photographed. It’s the center one with the “Commercial Property For Lease” sign and man walking by.
