Opened in the mid-1980’s by SRO Theatres, this triplex is very similar to the Totem Lake 3 in Kirkland, WA. It was later managed by Cineplex-Odeon, then Act III theaters, and finally by Regal, through its subsidiary, Eastgate Theaters, Inc.

The theater was put for sale in September, 2012 with a deed restriction prohibiting its use as a theater after the sale. Regal will be opening a new sixteen-screen multiplex in Barkley Village in December, 2012.
