Opened in the mid-1980’s by Hoyt’s Cinemas in the Fingerlakes Mall, it came under control of Milgram Theaters from 1998 to 2005. Then, it bore the Cinema North banner until that circuit’s collapse in 2005. It then became part of the small Rochester Theater Management group that closed the theater in September of 2012.

According to this webpage which shows the theater’s entrance, the mall is trying to locate a new operator for the theater. An article about the theater’s closing can be read here.
