The Leatherwood Drive-In was opened prior to 1955, when it was operated by V. Grindstaff & Co-Operative Theatres of Ohio.

Here is what I have: Opened in July of 1953 with 300 car capacity. It was opened by Virgil Grindstaff and B. Sarghet from Cambridge, Ohio. Al Boudouris Theatre Equipment Co of Toledo, Ohio built and equipped the drive-in.
