Opened by UA Theatres as the Movies at Marketplace in 1990, the theater came under the management of the Liebe Entertainment Group in 2009 which closed it in September of 2012 when a new megaplex opened in nearby Deltona. It was then acquired by Orlando-based Colonial Six, Inc., which reopened it in November 2012 and closed in 2015.

A picture of the theater can be seen here and there are additional pictures of the theater as a UA theater on its page at CinemaTour.

Here is an article about the sale of the theater to Colonial Six, Inc.

This theater closed again in 2015. According to a news story, I believe it’s going to become a poker room, with a restaurant/bar and could expand to include a stand-up comedy auditorium. Kind of cool, but I was looking forward to this as a discount movie house when I moved to the area about a week before its closure.
