This Park Theatre in Detroit was opened in 1921. It was operated by J. Kazinski until 1935. It was then operated by Krim Theatres until it closed in 1949.

This was one of two Park Theatres in Detroit, the other was the Park Theatre on Woodward Ave. that ran during the silent era and only lasted five years
