Located in the centre of Brighton, in the historic Lanes district. The Dukes at Komedia was opened on 6th December 2012 with “Life of Pi”. It has 3-screens which have seating for 149, 110 and 32. Located upstairs in the famous Komedia comedy club, which has been successfully used over the years by the Brighton Festival. The Dukes at Komedia is operated by the Picturehouse chain, who also operate the historic Duke of York’s Cinema in Brighton. The famous ‘legs’ which adorn the facade of Duke of York’s Cinema have been replicated on the front of the Dukes at Komedia.
