Located in the center of town, the Enosburg Opera House opened in 1892. It is a free-standing building, with auditorium and stage on the second floor. Public rooms are located at the front of the first floor with 2 large dressing rooms and a Green Room at the rear. There are 330 – 370 seats. It is mostly used as a performing arts facility today, but has shown films in the past.
The building is on the National Register of Historic Places and is slowly being renovated and restored by a local Friends of the Opera House group.

There are 330 seats when there is a band in the orchestra pit, otherwise, the seating capacity is about 370 seats.
Here is a picture of the interior of the Enosburg Opera House’s auditorium; it appears to have a flat floor with no orchestra pit.
