The new 17th Ave. Drive-In theatre was located at 1770 East 17th Avenue between Woodland Avenue and Joyce Avenue. The grand opening was on Thursday, July 19, 1956, as advertised in the Columbus Dispatch. The drive in closed after the 1979 season.
