Built in 1915, the Lyric Theatre was three stories tall under an angular roof which was topped with a flagpole. The recessed entrance was two stories high. A black horozontal sign extended from the building with'Lyric Theatre' in white lettering.
It was partially rebuilt in 1921 and re-opened as the Rialto Theatre, operating until around 1944.
