The theater existed in the 1970’s before closing down in (or near) 2000.

Listings online show the theater as being on 601 S. 9th Avenue, but the avenue split into two streets: 9th and Plaza Way. The Plaza Way address was its last known address.

It was originally owned by the Plitt Amusement Company/Plitt Theaters, and may have been later run by Cineplex Odeon and Act III before closing. It is now a Dollar store.
