Epping, NH has always been a bit of a trailer-town and in the 1941 and 1943 editions of Film Daily Yearbook, they list a 250 seat portable theatre named Leddy’s Theatre.

In the 1945 through to 1951 editions of Film Daily Yearbook, the movie theatre for the town is listed as the Community Theatre with 250 seats, located on Main Street.
