Named after the Oil Center district of the town. The Center Cinema was located at the corner of Auditorium Place and South College Road, across the street from the municipal auditorium. It was opened in 1967 by Ogden Theatres, and was equipped to screen both 35mm and 70mm films on its 50 feet wide screen. It was later renamed Movies 4.
