The Cinema Twin opened as a twin screen on July 6, 1973. A third screen was added April 30, 1976 and it became Cinema I II III. By 1990 a fourth screen had been added and it was operated by United Artists thru 2002. Regal Cinemas operated the cinema until 2007. That was followed by an Independent called 701 Cinemas. The theatre has digitial projection and sound with first run attractions. It is located just across the road from it’s sister theatre the Town & Country Four.

I’m conducting research information on this theatre which to my opinion opened way before 1990. According to sources, this cinema opened under a different chain.

Grand Opening as twin-screener was July 6, 1973.On April 30, 1976, the third auditorium addition resulted in the Cinema I-II-III. And then the fourth rounded it out as a four-plex.
