Melwood Screening Room

Seating just 130, the Melwood Screening Room was the smallest of the three venues operated by Pittsburgh Filmmakers (the other two are the Harris and the Regent Square. Built in 1995 out of an urban warehouse, it also served as the Filmmakers' administrative offices.

Melwood Screening Room showed American indies, documentaries, foreign films, and classic movies. It was equipped for 16mm, 35mm, and digital projection. it was closed in the late-2010’s.
