Located in the southeast of the city centre. The Saint-Marcel Pathe was opened around 1920. In 1929 it was remodeled to the plans of architect Eugene Bruyneel. In 1955 it was remodelled to the plans of architects M. Cavalle and M. Klein. Seating was provided in orchestra and balcony levels.

The Saint-Marcel Pathe was still open in 1965, but had closed by 1975.

It has been demolished and an apartment block and supermarket now stand on the site.
