The Arbor Theatre located at 69 North Swan Street, corner with 2nd Street, opened on April 1, 1916. Newspapers advertisements for the venue ceased in 1923. The building was leased by the Bethany Baptist Church until 1936, after which the Arbor Theatre reopened briefly for a year.
In 1941, the roof collapsed and by 1953 it vanished from the city directories, probably demolished along with other building near it.
